Rain will attenuate and increase the errors in the signals. All the LMDS/PMP (whatever u classify as) companies have this issue. Its a basic RF stuff.

Just like cellular, u can blast the signals. But as you start having more subscribers (cells) u have to start decreasing your signals. So, all these companies are now emitting at a higher power and hence they don't have any major problem with this.

As time goes on, they will atleast start having a humidity based power output (at a very basic level).
