2) Pickleball - Seattle, because ... pickleball
3) Backpack - Seattle, because REI. And Rainier.
4) Lunar Rover - Trickier, because maybe MIT (since CalTech is not a choice), but I'm going with Seattle because ... Boeing made good stuff once upon a time
5) Microwave Oven - My final pick, and since I have Seattle 4, Boston 3, I'm going with Boston
6) Disposable Razor - I'm guessing Boston, because ... Gillette (including Gillette Stadium)
7) Polaroid Camera - I'm guessing Boston, because Kodak was NY, and back then cameras were a regional innovation
8) Electric Bass Guitar - I'm guessing Seattle, because Soundgarden > Boston ( :-)~ ) even though I know the electric bass predates Soundgarden by A LOT
