Agreed Steak. I'm personally waiting for 1 last buy for all time when the time comes. I think a spin out of Albany is inevitable. Perhaps a 1 to 5 or 1 to 10 share split? In the end we have what the world needs. It's cheaper, cleaner, and right in our back yard. But before we get there, there's going to be pain.
