I'd even help build the cage...just in case it decides its a werewolf....or a shark or something.

but if it wonders out into the street and tries to spread its improperly fermented mental juices amongst the traditional population.. well then, back to the state hospital it goes.

That did not exist when I was a kid......it was afraid to.
