Consolidation's next Target !! It was I that reported the consolidation stories first and I am on to a Hot Hot target !! UTI is the name and buyout is the game !! A major player is looking to increase their exposure to natural gas equipment and related services, and feels that UTI's market base is perfectly in line with their goals, while still maintaining some oil exposure. UTI's cost is just right at the current valuation and the target purchase price is alleged to be at 28 a share !! Confidential source says that UTI is just one of 2 more Cos looking to be absorbed.
