Steve, I bought the stock based on heavy insider purchases (8 buys, 0 sales). They market both hardware and software for evaluating oil and gas fields. The hardware consists of land and water based seismic hardware. I believe this part of the business is doing well but the software side is not (typical - Input Output is very successful with hardware but Landmark Graphics was losing money on software before being acquired). Their hardware has 3D capability which has vastly improved the success rate in identifying drilling opportunities. The stock took a hit when they announced that the next quarter will be lower than the previous year quarter (but still profitable). The oil service industry is doing very well (unfortunately companies like I/O are richly priced right now) Geoscience could be an undiscovered opportunity in this area. Regards, Gary
