Chien Li, The after hours firm trades show about 500,000 shares traded between 4:00 and 4:15 pm. They are trading in the range of 2 1/4 to 2 3/8. So, I assume that is where they will open tomorrow when the dust settles. Looks like a nice little 20% profit for any of you guys who were smart enough to buy at 1 7/8 any of the last couple of days. Heavy volume being traded as I type. Good luck and welcome to ECGOF. I assume both boards will approve the acquisition. I'm in at 1 7/8. I'm not sure how long I will hold. If the price gets in the 2 3/8 or 2 1/2 range I will be tempted to sell and buy some more ECGOF. The next several weeks should be good ones for ECGOF . I think the long awaited new analyst coverage will follow shortly. Mark
