Steve H., You are a funny man. You have been asking our helps on Motherboards, then, selected the boards none of us recommended. Then, cited the board with 512K for lacking of the 1MB L2 cache? I don't know what to help you. This board uses SIS5598. If you care system performance, don't use its VGA on board. Then, the board should be fine. As to 83Mhz, you have to try yourself to find out the jumper assortment as I don't have the board.
