Thanks. Y-axis: Net % overweight/underweight (positive = more managers are overweight the sector than underweight; negative = the opposite). Interpreting that Net%, I'm guessing that if P% are overweight and N% are underweight then Net% = P% - N%. Presumably N% + P% = 100%
