Press release dated 2/13/98 by Senators Olympia Snow and Susan Collins
indicated that they had petitioned the FDA to approve Myotrophin as soon as
possible. The letter was signed by 11 other senators including D'Amato and
Thompson.

In my opinion, approval of Myotrophin is a lock.
