Omnichrome, he probably side stepped the issue regarding the Audited Financials because he's not sure!!. He figures that if he sets a date, and it doesn't happen by that date, then all the skeptics will be screaming at him. I don't blame him one bit. If you aren't sure of the date, the best thing to say is "whenever we can get them done."... The company is doing an awful lot right now to get themselves known, and I can understand the delay..... I still believe it has awesome potential........ Dusty
