Dear Members,

I've done some plumbing improvements to address performance issues we've all seen. Have added 2 to 4 additional CPUs per web server VM, fixed automatic failover, and have doubled the RAM on each. Not seeing CPU pegging anymore.

Plan to spin up some more VMs on newer OS versions in the near future. Hoping we are out of the woods.
