Pipeline business seems to be very good.

I'm guessing they are enjoying Trump's deregulation and prompt permitting - I think it is needed to stay ahead of power demand for AI data centers.

Strong dividend coverage.

Dan Steffens says pipelines are still cheap.

Once buried in the ground, they keep making money for decadesf.

He calls them undervalued great assets.

I agree.

Wouldn't it be nice if over time they gain from multiple expansion?

KMI is now trading firmly above its 50 and 200 monthly ema while trading at a 10 year high. Think and Swim must adjust price with dividends and ROC?

Still waiting on that long ago promised $1.25 annual dividend
