The 16/8 works pretty good for many people and gets the job done, especially if you do a little exercise. I find it really easy to skip breakfast, and if I am not hungry at noon, I wait longer because that is when the autophagy is getting powerful.

A lot of people don't like green tea, but if you put in a bag of Earl Grey, it tastes like Earl Grey.

I don't mind the taste, but I love Earl Grey so I put one in anyway.

One of the research studies I read said they found out Early Grey worked really well against tumors as well, and it surprised them.

Ten years ago I was pre diabetic, and I started doing this and substituting stevia for sugar, and now my tests come out perfect. I just had a complete physical and everything was fine (knock on wood), and I am 84.

People also underestimate the power of omega threes to prevent dementia and heart disease. Twice a week seems to do the job.

My daughter hates all sea food and is a vegetarian, but knows how important they are, and so takes omega three algae tablets.
