Are you or have you at one time been an analyst??? No. Independent investor. No Level 7 exam, nothing. Just a grunt who owns some MRVC. Did those block trades go of as buys or sales. From what I saw, they appeared to be sales. Not sure, I'd have to look at the tick data but even then I would be guessing. The way the stocks reacted was the blocks probably did go off at the bid (no upward movement), but that is just guessing. ---- Dave
