RE: ANGI Never used them but have heard a lot of the advertisements. They just refer you to contractors and get a fee. I suspect they also guarantee the work too. Not sure if their model is broken and/or AI may disrupt it but I do like their FCF numbers. I did sell 25% of what I bought AH last night as I also bought more pre-market at a lower price. May sell a few more high cost shares and will have a good tracking position to monitor the company. I suspect social media also plays a big role too. ---------------------------------------------------- Having done remodels on many homes it is hard to find good reasonable contractors. If ANGI can do that then could be worth the fee. The value metric are compelling but could be a value trap.
