Mark, looks like the smart money is in. With a 5 to 1 ratio, the fare DBCO price should be $11.5 (the ECGOF price) /5 = $2.3. Congratulation to you who recognized this and made money. From this point on, I expect ththe prices of ECGOF and DBCO would follow that 5 to 1 relation. With a 7.5% interest for the promissory note per $3/share, the real interest rate for a person bought at $2 is 11.25%. However, he or she cannot not use that money for one to two years.
