CNBC said the upgrade had come out of a BAY meeting with analyst, which was said to be positive. Think that CIBC Oppenheimer was just quick to put out an opinion since it was covering the whole industry. We'll probably hear the other upgrades after they have bought the stock they want. You don't think they're not going to let you in on it until they have their position do you?
