It would be great if they could do a couple of good acquisitions. However, I don't think they would use stock to pay for them in light of the fact that the stock is so far below book.
I agree that when a company goes private the small shareholders can get screwed, but I don't think that will happen here.
In my opinion, they should keep buying back the stock at these levels until the sellers run out, which won't take too long if this years results are okay.
With $1 million to buy and a float of around $6 million the stock should edge higher. If it dips, I will buy it.
