Elliot Antenna's don't move. R u dreamin (except if its a LEO like Teledesic or Celestri). The days of Cellular cells being circles is long gone (in the populated areas). Just like cellular using sectors, WCII,etc will use sectors. ----------------------------------------------------- Mike - not like cellular, antennas don't move. Let's take NYC (Yes, I'm long many shares of CVUS). The FCC never said you have to broadcast in a circle (sphere) - just take aim at the buildings (areas) with the best prospects and also reuse your spectrum this way. Cellular is a whole other story.
