I just looked at novell. I see long bars on the weekly chart, which I guess makes it a good short term trade. It looked to me like it was a "week trade" as opposed to a "day trade" stock. Below it the technical analysis from Market edge: COMMENT Moving Average Convergence/Devergence (MACD) indicates a BULLISH TREND Chart pattern indicates a STRONG UPWARD TREND Relative Strength is NEUTRAL Up/Down volume pattern indicates that the stock is under ACCUMULATION The 50 day MOVING AVERAGE is rising which is BULLISH The 200 day MOVING AVERAGE is rising which is BULLISH LOOK FOR SUPPORT AT 8.26 RECOMMENDATION STOCK IS A BUY I am thinking that I'll wait for the TA to look down and try a short for a week.
