Gordon,

First, I don't believe in this company! I have held CATS for three years because it was a small initial investment at 6.75/share which has become smaller and which seemed to have brighter prospects each time its price exceeded my cost. Recently, management predicted a sales increase from $60M to $105M and analysts predicted an earnings increase from $.44 to $.82. The last earnings report put both of these in doubt.

The market for flash memory is becoming more competitive and CATS has no track record of success. In a year or two, CATS probably will not be out of business (a possibility) but it probably will be muddling along.

I hope there are people more positive about CATS because I would like to sell at $7.

Cary
