Well, I haven't posted here lately because I could see that David Miller was doing a good job discussing the fundamentals and other posters were posting about the technical just what I would have posted. After a burst of good PR coming from the company, and as the date of the acquisition gets so close, there is some profit taking going on in the stock. The famous backslide is indeed in effect. Selling on the news is also customary in BORL and the risk of the acquisition being rejected, no matter how slim or nonexistant, would affect the stock negatively. Some uncertainty about the immediat effect of the acquisition becoming reality is also weighing on the stock a bit. I think the stock will retrace some until the situation becomes clearer or until the next earnings approaches. Long term, however, I am confident we will do fine. Busy following Novell as the stock broke up today. Ghassan.
