Who knows? Who cares? If the price keeps going up, I don't care if it's posted on the side of Mt Everest.

It's interesting that this stock, which has appreciated so much since late January, has received such little press and SI posting while penny stocks get 30 or 40 new posts a day! I'll take an ADCT over an NTN any day.
