Sankar : This sounds like hocus pocus. What you are describing is patently illegal under good old US law. You can't rig the price of a stock oin which you own 1/3 of the company by flaoting a subsidiary to keep prices up. Sometime ago - you had a similar wild theory about options trading - go back to teaching students my dear professor and let people who are using real money analyze real news and movements
