A little math:

Assumimg the next 4 qtrs are flat for earning, that would give Intel annualized earnings of $5.92 a PE of 18.6 (@1.10/share).

Assuming a (conservative) 15% increase to 6.81/share, at 110 the PE would be 16.2.

I believe most in the industry, at this point in time, would project a minimum 15% earnings increase; maximum 25%(?).

I can't believe I'm saying this, but at this point in time, I think Intel may be UNDERVALUED. I agree that computers are still cylical (although less so with more global distribution), but this looks like the START of a cycle to me.
