Jon et all: Just dropping the hint when all else is washed out. In TComms case, the similarities are startlingly close. They went under when the Bank and SEC pulled them even though their CEO and PR insisted till the very day that all was well. When we had nothing, we had nothing to lose other than to squeeze the stone. I agree, lawsuits only benefit the lawyers. But when this folds, I just want to leave these addresses so we have someone to go to. I hope it aint so, but this sure seems like an encore performance to me. Art
