Charts mean nothing. Manipulation is what is going on. The shorts have too much of a vested interest. They must press the price to force out weak longs on margin. Who knows where or when it stops, but it is a dangerous game. The short interest is about 1/3 the float. There better be fraud for the shorts own safety. Lets see where ACRT is trading two years from now.
