Kemble, I have no idea if Compaq will put out an earnings warning. If Compaq is having a problem getting the channel to take more inventory and the channel doesn't accept the change, the possibility exists Compaq was counting on cooperation to make the earnings forcast. This is just speculation on my part of what could happen. The impact to Dell will only be if this is seen to be a slowdown in demand for the industry. The damage, if it were to occur, may be limited to Compaq and lower tier boxmakers. Pat
