Hi Kerry & All: Just received my Notice of the AGM from MXR today. Of import is their proposal to have a 7 to 1 share consolidation along with a name change to Maximum Minerals Inc. A name change is required by the VSE whenever a company undergoes a share consolidation. So, 1000 shares trading today at .06 will equal 187.5 shares at .32 (all being equal). I sold - I'm out of here. Best of Luck to all Sapper
