For What it's worth, here is BCB's (Ken Murton's) response to my query re Phil Speller's BCB involvement - not very enlightning. =================================================================== Thank you for your e-mail of yesterday. I suggest you check our web site -www.bcb.org- for latest news releases, particularly one dated January 21/98. We have no knowledge of share holdings of Phil Speller, but are not aware that he or any associates are shareholders. I believe he sees excellent potential in BCB shares as do we at the Company. Yes there is plenty of room for optimism. We will copy you on our news releases henceforth by e-mail.
