James, a little more cyphering, 18,000 ozs in the last quarter translates into 11% over "budget" (65,000ozs). Looks like the production is moving in the right direction. I see that there is a Gold mine & Mill for sale in the Northern Miner in Manitoba. The Mill is rated at 1000 TPD, in line with Glimmer productions rates. Should we tell them? Cheers Winzer
