I agree. It appears that Wind continues to gain market share as reported in the earnings release. The numbers also back up that statement as gross margins for product revenue increased from 90.6% in Q3 to 92.0% this quarter. Net margins(excluding the $13M charge) continued to increase to 22.1% from 21.7% last quarter. I think I read somewhere (probably from someone on this thread) that Wind's goal is to increase net margins to the 25% area eventually. With I2O royalties starting next quarter it looks like 25% will be easily attained in the near future.

This earnings report certainly didn't excite me, but judging from the fact that the revenue number was rounded to the nearest million again plus gross and net margins continued to increase, Wind River still has a sizable backlog to play with. We'll know more after the conference call.
