Hello, absent Franklinites. It's already been exciting here with visits from Raleigh & Pam Baughman, JackSman, and several others. We decided against the live audio because it was going to take too much engineering time to run & set up the requisite T 1 line into the Hotel site. Instead, we are planning to make a digital two camera video. Allowing a little time to edit the two camera feeds into one video, the goal is to post this video to the Web site by Sunday afternoon.
And yes, as you've all noticed, Raleigh DID commandeer my computer briefly this morning while I was talking to Pam. You've got to watch this character!
We'll try to see that some photos get taken tomorrow during the tours, so you who can't be here can put some faces to the names.
BTW, this morning I received the final pre-meeting information from our Transfer agent and it included the list of brokerages which had requested Shareholder Meeting information for their clients, along with the record of what was sent them. I'll try (next week--it simply can't be done before then) to check the brokerages you mentioned against this list to see if we can discover where it failed. Considering that we have 6000 shareholders, including the street stock folk, and I've heard from perhaps 30 people who didn't get their info, it's possible we fared no worse than average on that score.
I'm sure there will be plenty of people sharing information about both the tours and the meetings after tomorrow.
Next year, we'll expect to see those of you who couldn't make it this time!
