TO ALL, including the PRIVATE MSG people: Unusual activity???
As you can see from this thread, I started it. The reason I did is that I lost money on the Instant Publisher and I lost some friends money too (thank God not many people listened to me). As soon as my money losing stock changed its name I immediately started this thread with the reference to the Instant Publisher because I believe investors have the right to be fully informed. The Instant Publisher was a disaster...
I learned a lot in trying to figure out what happened with "such a great idea" (the Instant Publisher). I discovered that some Canadian stocks (not nearly all) are manipulated by "characters of ill-repute" because the accounting rules in Canada are... well, are there accounting rules there?
Anyway, now that the stock is up I have gotten two private e-mails. Does that strike y'all as kind of funny? Anyway, here are answers to those private messages and others may get something out of it. And for your information, I don't really care to discuss DVNT (so I probably will not response to any messages here).
And with regard to full disclosure... I sold for a tax loss in my main account but it's not worth selling in my tax free... at least not until now. I will wait on my tax-free shares and see how high DVNT can be "juiced"...

Ron D.C.: I started this thread ONE YEAR and a couple of weeks ago. So why did you have to send me a private message to ask my advice? Anyway, I have become even more skeptical since then because the original "great" business, the Instant Publisher, was sold by DVNT. WHO IS YOUR BROKER's FIRM (who is recommending it)?
2) The 2nd e-mail was forwarded to me by Silicon Investor's webmistress and was very intriguing since he and the mistress went back and forth a couple of times before she forwarded it to me (ergo, he felt an urgent? need to get directly to me).
D. Eigeles: I am not going to e-mail you back directly because I'm scared of you. Are you really who you claim to be... the actual owner of the Diversinet technology? ... or are you an (alleged) crook who wants my e-mail address for destructive purposes? If your lawyers are advising you not to start a public discussion, I'm sure they would say not to talk to me either. Besides, I know nothing other than what I have already stated. Otherwise, join SI and discuss your thoughts openly. |
