Rob; Here is a two year chart of AMD, look at it back in July
of 96..I was buying it when no one thought it would go any were,
the INTC freaks were saying it was going to die.
Look at what it did , well CRUS has just as good a chance as AMD
had back then , maybe more because CRUS has more "cash" than
AMD did back then.

It was a tough hold, I bout her from 18 all the way down to
10.25..at one time I went in hock buying her. :-)
My actual average was 12.50. I sold to soon as when she hit 32
I could not belive my luck..if any one mistake I make a lot
it's selling to soon, but I don't pick many that don't go up.
But she did get over bought, as most do, they also get over
sold and CRUS is oversold. I come up with 32 because management
will put that kind of price on her via her SALES..
and book value..how much market you have via the stock price
is the leading factor. It's not product as much as your market
share that brings price in a buy out. Also it's not just the
synergy they always talk bout..sometimes it's ( if I get her
then I can shut off some of the compitions supply ) then I get some priceing leverage. CRUS is way under priced to her peers in respect
to her sales, her book , and her cash.
