I wanted to stay out of the fray since most peole here hate to hear news that doesn't fit into their conception of reality (ie CPQ should be rising or falling 10% per month)

BUT...

Did anyone else notice that one of the articles quoting Rich Gardner's announcement said that CPQ will remain inferior in pricing to Dell until they can reduce inventory levels from "over 5 weeks to 15 days"?

I know that CPQ is trying to do just that but by my reckoning such a level of invemtory will raise net margins by nearly 4%. Since CPQ margins are greater than Dell NOW, where in the H*LL is this statement coming from?
