Hi,

1) does it means that SMTG will be absorbed into Baxter and will be
nolonger traded as SMTG

2) does it means that SMTG still exists as a division of baxter and
SMTG still trades on nASDQ ?
which one is correct?
if (2) is correct then you could hold on SMTG since Medical technology newsletter says that this is a $40.00 stock
