Kid, I wouldn't short KLIC on the basis of your expectation of them issuing a warning. At a tech conference today they said they expect to have an increase in sales this quarter and no worse than flat next. I doubt they'd say that if they planned to warn in the next couple of weeks.

Regarding VLSI, the unaccounted for $2+ drop in the stock the other day was the clear sign that this was coming, as was the sale by CEO of 1/3 of his holdings last Nov. I've said it many times before on this board. The stock is a yo-yo with absolutely NO record of consistently growing stock value. Its any easy stock to make money on if you follow the patterns and don't get greedy. I've done both, so I can testify to it...
