"Craig asked if by selling his shares, does this negate him from participating in a future class action lawsuit." (???) Anybody out there have the answer? I have a few thousand shares purchased at bygone prices. It would be nice to recover even a little. However, I'd rather retain the right to sue, or join a suit than get a few bucks back. So? The answer?
