Only from a "perception" standpoint Obewon, IMO, and a loss of "momentum" standpoint. Those are again, IMO intangible, but the way I assess things, they are very, very important.
Example, put Microsoft in the same position, and ask yourself "why would anyone think that MSFT will vigorously defend itself from current rumors? etc., etc."
What do you think "it's" reaction would be?
