Dear Mr Picker - SV culture probably is rather incestuous <VBG> Besides, CEOs and Chairmen are routinely boardmembers of other cos - most likely on friendly terms. Besides, both [INTC and BAY] are also investors of other cos, such as ATHM.

While it'd like nice to see a grand gesture [that Dr House buys mo BAY stk with his own money,] my guesses are that he may have so much stk options that he can't keep so much stk.
