Disposal Well approved! Gov. should sign.....Today?
I don't know if you all know this, but the approval of the well by the Division of Environmental Quality, as it was explained to me, meant that Class V waste can be dumped...NOW!

The legislature is voting on a bill to add teeth to existing laws. The bill the Governor will sign into law, if passed, is to make dumping a felony with very stiff fines, as opposed to a misdemeanor.

In other words people, the Hackman report time table referring to well approval through the legislature is not correct. It applies to the time table for toughened penalties for violators. Class V waste can be processed now, if it has not already been processed. The well is approved. I trust this is not news to everyone.
