From what I Know,

The class actions usually are worded like this, anyone who traded/bought shares between these dates x and x are capable of being able to be part of the class.

When I was At A.G.Edwards we looked for trades on accounts at request on these types of suits where the client sold or bough during the time x through x.

Do not take my word for this, get more feedback, sometimes it really depends on the details of the suit in the form of the x's and the "bough" "traded" or "sold" This could be a factor.

If you look at Stream's prior class action suit it words it like this...... between x and x "bought or sold" from my remembering the script.

Hope this may help a bit.
