I don't have the exact numbers in front of me but if my memory serves me correct the import/export portion of the company accounted for about .35 of their EPS. It has a growth rate of over 30%. A 30-35 P/E would be considered reasonable. If the value of TAD's are zero the stock still should trade around 12.
Mr. Pink seems to feel ACRT is trying to become a finance
company and therefore should be valued like one. 2x book gets you 5 bucks. Also, finance companies are notorious for cooking the books. MFN now trades at book value.
View ACRT as two separate companies and it's easier to put a value to.
