I love the COHR comments. They've installed 5,000 eximer lasers in steppers but find themselves locked-out of the DUV eximer market. All the available steppers are committed to Cymer lasers, with no openings yet for COHR. Gosh they'd like to certify a second source like COHR, but it'll take longer than you could imagine.

COHR is selling at a 16x p/e while CYMI is selling at a 29x p/e just because CYMI has a DUV monopoly - how unfair. I bet Novell feels their p/e should be the same as Microsoft's too. Cymer has a strong patent position and it sounds like Komatsu and COHR have a tough road ahead of them.
