If what you are saying is correct and I hope it is,then the CSMA press release of 02/18 must be wrong,for it states....

'This event is a major breakthrough for Envirotec,'' remarked Derry Moore, president of Envirotec,''and the culmination of more than a year's effort to meet state requirements for Class V non-hazardous waste disposal.

''We are grateful for the cooperation from state officials who are dedicated to sound environmental practices. We thank them for offering Envirotec a 'blue sky' for Class V operation.''

Envirotec will not seek any significant changes to the permit draft, and the company expects the permit will be submitted soon for approval by the state legislature.
