John...

I've met 'em and spent hours on the phone with them in conversation - if you can call listening to Gord's babbling that. Sure, they're "nice" people. They can sing and dance, give you a firm hand shake and the easy smile. "Nice' people screw other "nice" people everyday. Nevertheless, Robertson, Badgley, and cohorts have made a praxis of misrepresenting the company's progress as regards its business objectives and dis-informing investors as to the timeliness of their investments. I won't belabor these points by playing the moral psychologist here and arguing that John and Pat are "flawed" in some incorrigible way. Suffice it to point out the flaws in the way they've handled their investor's relations. Which again, have been both misleading and embarrassing.

We've been waiting on a lucrative licensing agreement which hasn't materialized with created expectations. The company is still "testing" its technology in its R&D phase. Theoretically, the rotary engine can be used for a variety of applications. However, it is not ready to perform a single one of them. Furthermore, there's no indication from other parties and engineers that it will be ready in the near future.... that is, "very soon," which is what Badgley (with a smirk on his face) told the commentator of an L.A investment television program. The commentator was unimpressed.

Reg is not close to signing any cash deals.
If it were, it could be riding high on that fact alone.
Reg is not discussing any agreements to license its technology to others who wish to remain anonymous and are therefore unnamed by Reg for that reason. Gord should not be and will not be "out fishing" as he likes to say to investors over the phone when he's by his phone, which is rare....

Enough said,
Your friend,
Marty
