Hi Joe,

"Overvalued" and "undervalued" are fundamental measures. TA is 99.9% concerned with market psychology. Short term trading is entirely dependent on market psychology. Momentum stocks are also 99.9% dependent on market psychology. Bull vs. bear dynamics are 99% market psychology. Timing is 100% market psychology. When TA is done right, trading is done right.

I'm not right all the time. But nobody is. I'm right more than often enough though (if I may be so bold).
