Steve,
Well, it looks like we investors won't realize any profits from this
"investment". I am real disappointed, the share value continues to
erode away, there seems to not be any appreciable quantities of
NetMagnet sold, company expenses are increasing in the face of
decreasing revenues, there isn't enough valuation left to allow
the company to move onto the Nazdaq BB, there is considerable
competition which is lower priced and with better marketing and
public recognition, IMO.

The forgone conclusion would appear to offer 2 possible scenarios.
1. The company becomes insolvent and goes belly up.
2. The company gets sold/merged in a package retailing deal.

Doesn't look very positive for us remaining shareholders either way,
at this point

Just my opinion.
